Info / 3D models for try-on
3D eyewear models for virtual try-on and AR
Try-on-ready .glb models of every frame and colorway, built from the real product. They’re yours, so they go to whichever try-on provider, AR effect or 3D viewer you use, and they come with you if you switch.

What makes a model try-on ready
It matches the real frame
Shape, proportions, color, finish and logos, checked against the product.
True-to-life lenses
Tint, gradient and mirror as they really are, and see-through where they should be.
Real measurements
Modeled to the frame’s real dimensions, so it sits on the face at the right size.
Every colorway
Each colorway is its own model, so every option a customer can buy is one they can try.
Separate parts
Frame, lenses and hinges as separate parts with their own materials, ready for recoloring and lens changes.
Light enough for the web
Compressed for fast loading, with clean, well-organized parts.
Built from the real product, not a scan
Clear lenses, mirror coatings, thin metal and glossy acetate defeat 3D scanners, and automated photo-to-3D tools produce a plausible frame rather than your frame. We model each frame by hand from CAD files, technical drawings or product photos, and check it against your references before delivery. Can eyewear be 3D scanned?
Works where you need it
The .glb format is the standard input for web 3D viewers, virtual try-on services and AR effects, and Shopify product pages accept .glb files as 3D product media. Models are also delivered as .blend or .obj, with other 3D formats on request.
Yours to keep
You own the delivered models. Use them with any vendor, in any channel, for as long as you like — and if you change try-on providers, the models go with you.

How it works
- We digitize one of your frames as a free sample, so you can test it with your provider.
- You send your catalog with CAD files, drawings or product photos, and we quote per frame model plus per colorway.
- Models are delivered in batches as .glb, or in the format your provider asks for.
- New releases are added as they launch, so your try-on never falls behind the catalog.
